Our goal is to get insights that will result in a tangible ROI in cash. Not just interesting facts, but an increase in conversion or a feature that you won't do and save team's monthly budget. Is this statistically significant?
Let's say you want to form a converting message for a website. You can randomly test 100 options and find a local optimum. Or you can understand why customers buy and get closer to a global maximum(выделить global maximum).
Shouldn't only team members do custdev?
